Established in 1998 on a 120-acre property at Lunawanna, Bruny Island Premium Wines holds the distinction of being Australia's most southerly vineyard. The cellar door and restaurant sit amid cool-climate vines producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that have collected more than 50 medals in national and international competitions.

The cellar door is open every day from 11am, offering tastings alongside platters of local oysters and cheese. Through the week a full seasonal lunch menu is available, prepared by classically trained chefs using produce sourced as close to the property as possible. The restaurant opens for dinner on selected evenings, and bookings are recommended for lunch and dinner service.

The vineyard is owned by a descendant of early island settlers, whose family first planted vines on the property. The property also produces a cider range and offers farmhouse accommodation in a restored early 1900s building.
