Drover's Sunset Cruise and Outback Dinner

The cruise heads out onto the wide, reflective waters of the Thomson, where the crew share stories of the river's Indigenous heritage, colonial history, and resident wildlife. Guides point out ancient scar trees on the banks and the rare Emmott's short-necked turtle, while savoury nibbles and drinks from the licensed bar keep things convivial as the light fades.

Once ashore, an outback dinner and show takes over with table-service dining under the stars.
