Little Dip Conservation Park

The park covers a narrow coastal strip wedged between the Southern Ocean to the west and a chain of freshwater and brackish lakes to the east. This unique geography creates distinct habitat zones that support a wide variety of wildlife, including Cape Barren geese, kangaroos, and numerous shorebird species. Walking tracks wind through coastal scrub and along dune crests offering long views over the Southern Ocean, while the lake system is accessible for kayaking and birdwatching from the eastern margins.

Four-wheel-drive vehicles can explore the park's dune system, though much of the park is accessible in conventional vehicles. Four campgrounds, Long Gully, Old Man Lake, Stony Rise, and The Gums, provide basic facilities and must be booked and paid for online in advance through the DEW booking system. Note that the park closes on catastrophic fire danger days. The entrance to the park is reached via Nora Creina Road south of Robe.
